Bright light but not harsh on the eyes
My daughter has a terrible headache from normal lighting. The color of this light is perfect, it's not too bright for her eyes. And she can get her school or homework done without a terrible headache. The light is still very bright, it's just not a bright white light but more of a warm yellowish light, which is less of a headache. It's very easy to read and much better for your eyes. It doesn't have the blue light quality that most modern electronics have. If reading gives you a headache, then this light is for you. This will help a lot.
