When drilling in sheet metal, the dowels are a bit tight on the screw. This means that once you've screwed the screw in and it locks into place, it doesn't always go all the way into the anchor - instead, the entire anchor and screw start to go deeper into the wall. You have to plan this and be careful. This differs from my experience with other anchors purchased at our local hardware store.
