Review on DeskBell by Johnny Chambers

I like that it's easy enough so people can use without needing much training or knowledge of how computers work - just click'send'! If you don't know where your clients are staying then this is great as they'll be able find everything easily at their destination with one simple search (or if you do have them in advance). It does tend not update very often but we were only using desktop notifications which meant there wasn't too many updates needed anyway. We weren;t having any issues when our staff was out of town either though since all calls had been answered by an agent during normal office hours before someone could get back from vacation/holiday etc., no problems here.
