Review on 🔧 John Guest ASVPP1LF Angle Stop Adapter Valve: Push-to-Connect, 3/8-Inch x 3/8-Inch x 1/4-Inch by Kartik Starks

I installed a new fridge and ice maker and needed to run a waterline. Bought one of those poppet valve plastic hose kits and didn't like the idea of piercing the pipe. I started looking for an alternative. I saw it and saw what the heck it got great reviews and I'm glad I did. The installation took no more than 5 minutes. I just removed the cold hose that went to the sink, put that valve in place and tightened the nuts. Just insert a 1/4" waterline into the hole and it will automatically tighten with shark fittings. Turned on and everything is fine, nothing flows. I was amazed and it was done right without damaging my plumbing. My wife thought I was Mr. Amazing Handyman who made it so quick. If you need piping, buy a valve. Lead-free.
