When I first ordered they sent me a completely different Beeprt model that doesn't hold labels inside the device. After working with Revain I was sent a replacement and luckily it turned out to be correct this time, although based on another published review it appears that person made a mistake as well. I like the form factor of this new printer that puts the labels inside. This definitely saves space. The Windows drivers provided on the USB stick did not work.
