Roof Penetration. An outside vent was all the code needed (FL) and we sent it from the laundry to the back of the house. We used one for each bathroom, one for the kitchen, and one for the laundry room (actually a bit of an overstatement). One failed after 2 years and is easily replaced. I'd rather replace one of these every day than have roof vents that require leaks and critters. In fact, the frog got stuck in the ventilation shaft in our old house. So Studor Ventilation is exactly what you need!
