2 of the 5 locks in the bundle don't work correctly
We had to throw one lock away, because it was completely defective (we got locked out because of it). One of the others is janky and doesn't latch and unlatch smoothly. We are worried it's just a matter of time before it gives out like the other did. We wish we had purchased something else, but they're already installed on several doors so we'll give them a chance.
- Quality. Nice looking. Easy to install (replacing a brass lock).
- The keys may break easily
