Cadillac Cue System repaired at home. money well spent.
The touchscreen I ordered fitted our 2015 Cadillac SRX perfectly. A little tricky to install, just take your time. YouTube videos help if you watch and listen, but they skip a few steps. Unfortunately, although we tested the screen for clarity before bringing it in, after installation the light showed three or four small bubble-like spots on its back or two layers of the viewing surface. After three hours of work, my husband and I decided we'd just live with it! All touchscreen functions now work properly. And we didn't have to pay anything between $12 and $1400 to our local dealer (please carefully remove the clear protective film only when ready to install).
- OEM fit, quality, finish. While this is NOT a genuine OEM part, it is a direct replacement from AA Ignition. Please ensure the gold screen contact is facing down and pay attention to the black clip holding it in place as it is very fragile and can cause problems if not done correctly. Also, don't forget to remove the protective film under the screen, if present, to avoid bubbles inside.
