Just finished my first car overhaul and replaced this one. I diagnosed it myself via the internet and found out via YouTube. A solid 5 hours of swearing, drinking and yelling later it works and it solved my problem. It should have taken about 30 minutes but the beer and lack of an elevator made it difficult. As well as well-placed vacuum lines. The only reason I will take the sprocket off is that it comes with one bolt instead of the advertised 2. I only used one of my old screws but I'm really sad that I wasn't able to replace both. 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500LT 5.3L 4wd Z41
