The only issue I had was that the faucet that was shipped to me was not properly assembled at the factory, so one of the stainless steel tubes under the counter that screws into the faucet body that attaches to the counter was not screwed on was. in. Apparently something was wrong with the threads so it wouldn't screw in and instead of being rejected they just tossed the tube in a box and shipped it. I contacted Revain and they sent another block which was fine and I sent the first one back. Without this problem I would have given 5 stars instead of 4.
