A good, smart and accurate lens, with a stunning picture. But it has a few features/disadvantages. Those. they, like any other complex technology, you need to be able to use. I personally tried not to use it at extreme focal lengths and with a fully open aperture unless absolutely necessary. A slight decrease in clarity with a fully open hole may not be bad for a portrait, but the camera, when it is dark, can turn it on automatically in automatic (P or A) mode. Worse when you need a wide angle. There is not always a place to go to a room (apartment). A 17 mm * 1.6 crop factor = 27 mm. This is already much wider than 24 mm, for standard zooms of non-cropped cameras (24-70). And if we take into account the fact that at the extreme small focal lengths it soaps a little, then there are even fewer workers left. In a word, you need to understand that any zooms, with an increase of more than 3 times, will have some similar problems. Haven't learned to do more yet.
