I had it installed by professional plumbers, they said it was a bit different. Talk about politely telling someone it was difficult, otherwise install worked. The whole shower assembly started slipping forwards after a few weeks. However plumbers came back and extra plumbers tape was added to handle weight since pipe bent when tightening the small screw keeping it in place. Now after being installed 10 months with little use as I am only here on weekends, the top of the shower head has sprung many leaks. Reminds me of a cartoon with water going everywhere. Overall it was a huge waste of money, while it looks good unless they can correct the design of the shower head, it’s not worth it.
