defective internal CD and DVD drives

The first one I ordered installed without a problem until I wanted to insert the disc. I found it was defective it made a loud squeak so I sent it back and they also sent me a replacement was also faulty simply installed when I tried to insert the disc it only went halfway and the disc was not ejected, I had to remove the disc manually. Both times the return process went smoothly. Not sure if I was unlucky or if it was just a bad batch of discs. All I can say is buy at your own risk.
