Review on DEWALT DWV9000 Universal Connector by Steven Pankey

Dewalt has done their customers a disservice by creating a "universal plug" that won't plug into anything. There's nothing universal about that. This product is the opposite of generics. Additionally, Dewalt refuses to release simple specifications that would allow buyers to understand what other adapters are needed or which devices are compatible. Rest assured I will not be buying Dewalt hand tools until they fix this nonsense. I wasted too much time and money trying to convince customers of the complete Dewalt ecosystem. So I will order another set of adapters and cross my fingers that it works. By now my Dewalt grinder is wrapped in duct tape. Or maybe I'll just leave it as is so everyone knows how well the Dewalt "universal" connector works.
