Review on 💥 InSinkErator Garbage Disposal with Cord - Badger 5 (1/2 HP) Continuous Feed by Travis Karren

We had it installed by a professional and were initially very happy with it, especially as it was very quiet. 4 weeks everything was fine. Then on Sunday 8th March 2020, which NATURALLY happened 1 day after the return date, I was washing a pot in the sink when water leaked from the vanity onto the floor. I checked where the problem was and found that the recycling unit had a serious leak. I contacted the installer and he took it off to inspect and found that there was an unrepairable crack in the case at the base of the case for no apparent reason. I read the reviews before purchasing and saw a review where another reviewer had a similar issue. But since this was the only review I saw on the subject, I figured it was just a case of "a bad lemon". In 20/20 retrospect I had to keep looking! Well, I'm alive, studying, and about $200 poorer than I should be. As a result, we brought a new one from another manufacturer, put it in its place and threw that insinkerator away.
