I am a 77 year old disabled person and it was fairly easy for me to install this slide myself. Here's a BIG TIP for you. Although this unit is quite heavy and difficult to hold my hands under the sink while attempting to install it, I used a "jack" under the sink to lift and lock the disposal into the exact position hold while I installed them.
