We love this little flashlight. The lightbar is easy to use and the sensor is sensitive enough to pick up signals at a distance, so it's out of the remote's field of view and still works properly. I use my husband's account but this light was for my son. He loves all kinds of light. The lights flicker, fade and it's a rainbow of color combinations. Disco mode is not for the elderly or those prone to seizures! light is not hot! The light is placed on the back of the tank and on the bottom of the tank to create ambiguity and complement the light on the lid of this 20g tank to make it look more like the big tanks around the house. This one has no suction at all! That's why we used tape. You have to be creative with this hobby! LOL The light is bright enough to see but soft enough not to irritate sleeping eyes. You can safely leave the light on or turn it off to combat algae. Pisces always give birth to children, so they must be in love with the light.
