Review on DEWALT DWV9000 Universal Connector by Chris Owens
Doesn't work for me.
I've tried connecting my DeWalt shop vacuum hose to a DeWalt orbital sander and 10" miter saw without an adapter - to no avail. Bought and it won't connect to my store bought vacuum hose on either side so it's a bug. It connects to my miter saw, but it's useless if I can't connect the opposite side to the hose. I love the quality and the solid price range, but this experience really made me feel like DeWalt is making these types of products on purpose to scam people out of more and more money. " Adapters that just don't fit the bill.
