Unless you are an experienced plumber/contractor, this isn't a good choice. The unit is difficult to install, especially if you are installing this as a replacement unit and the wall is already tiled. Our contractor was frustrated with the very precise installation tolerances that had little to no "wiggle room".As for style and function - it is a beautiful unit with a great rainfall shower head. The arm on the rainfall piece is strong and doesn't bounce around. The holder for the hand-held attachment does not swivel, so we purchased a separate holder so we could use the hand-held as an optional shower head. The holder that came with the kit is installed at about knee level for washing dogs.
