Good but not great.

Does the job but takes a minute to assemble. Doesn't work when I'm in a hurry. I've found that the mount rotates no matter how tight I tighten it. Just press your phone or tablet and it rolls up. Very durable and the shade works well. I left it as a secondary mount for very sunny days, but I won't be using it for general or quick use.

Pros

You can adjust the angle of the holder for the best viewing and shading effects.
