Review on Honeywell Belmar 52-Inch Outdoor Ceiling Fan: Damp πŸƒ Rated Blades, Bronze Exterior – Perfect for Outdoor Spaces! by Elizabeth White

Good budget fan - ceiling fans

This is a good fan for the price. I've installed over 10 different fans over the years and assembly went without saying - fairly easy. I like some of the reviews that complain about having to install the blades after the fan case is hung. Of course! Try hanging a 5-blade fan with blades already installed, good luck! Anyone with basic craft skills can assemble and hang it up. Basic knowledge of electrical wiring is required, which is also quite easy. Pros: Case feels solid, hardware is pretty solid, extra screws and washers are included in case you lose them - thanks! Cons: External fan = plastic blades, I worry they will fall off over time. We will see. I installed it indoors. The hanger down tube is ridiculously short. I wish these manufacturers would have included a short tube as well as a 12" tube - what would that cost them, an extra 50 cents? I bought a Hunter downtube because Depot and Lowes don't carry Hunter accessories in my store. It worked. with slight modifications to the tape Good fan for the money If you found this review helpful, please mark it as "HELFUL" !
