Review on πŸ’§ Lyte Balance Electrolyte Concentrate 2 oz Pack of 3 by Steven Dahl

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Used regularly for 4 years - Consider it a must - Helps with headaches, keto, dehydration

I started using Lyte Balance when I was on a ketogenic diet to lose weight. There's such a thing as the keto flu that can occur when you start a diet, causing flu-like symptoms, headaches and brain fog. Increasing electrolyte intake can greatly reduce symptoms. I found Lyte Balance to be the lowest carb/sugar option. Begin by using a full capful in a tall glass of water. It will have a slightly salty taste. You can add it to any liquid, soup, smoothie, anything that doesn't ruin the slightly salty taste. To get more magnesium, I sometimes add it to Natural Calm Powder, a warm drink (my favorite flavor is raspberry-lemon). I also suffer from migraines and headaches. I have absolutely noticed an improvement in my headache/migraine frequency when using Lyte Balance regularly. If I'm experiencing a mild headache, I'll drink a tall glass with a cap or two full, which quite often keeps the headache from going away. Electrolytes really help me recover faster. Living in a hot part of the US, the Lyte Balance is my go-to for hiking, attending Burning Man regional events, or just generally being outside. I take a 32 ounce can of Nalgene with water and 2 full caps to swallow and an eggplant camel water. If I get a little dizzy or dehydrated, I'll drink some Lyte Balance water and recover quickly. I have ordered at least 6 bottles since 2016 and have never had any quality issues. I highly recommend the product, it's a must have for me.
