Review on πŸ–¨οΈ Universal Platform for Creality 3D Printer - 235X235mm Printing by Robert Dabney

The glass bed did not come like the photo in the ad!

Like: Heavy piece of glass. I ran several tests with mixed results. While it's not the same as the actual image in the ad, I'm glad the central logo has been removed! It looks great after all the work I had to do to install it! (see below). Dislikes: -- Adhesive backing: why sell with clips when you can put adhesive backing on it! Decided to leave the board. However, it took me almost an hour to remove the adhesive material from the back. REAL PAIN. A small amount of sticky dirt that I scraped off can be seen in the 2nd photo. This function is not described in the Revain list. - Plate Shape: The Revain photo clearly shows a small protrusion at the bottom corner. I thought it would be nice to move the heated bed and maybe not burn my fingers. Maybe it was a false hope. However, that was the main reason why I chose this item! -- Clamps: Cheap and not big enough to hold the platter on my Ender 3. You know it's a thick piece of glass! Provide it with suitable clamps! -- Revain Reviews: It was difficult to separate reviews for this product as both this glass plate and the 3D printer were sold on the same site. In retrospect, I found a review in which the self-adhesive back was described and criticized. I am disappointed in this purchase.
