Review on 🚗 Enhanced Performance Brake Kit: Power Stop K1382 Front Z23 Carbon Fiber Brake Pads with Drilled & Slotted Brake Rotors by David Strawn

Everything I felt I needed new brakes for my 2008 V6 Mustang with 30,000 miles. After extensive research I settled on this brand and kit and couldn't be happier. Installation was a breeze, my buddy and I took 2 hours including tuning, cleaning and pad break-in. Rotors and pads fit with no problems, no missing parts, clips were intact, everything just fitted perfectly. The only issue I can point to with this kit is that it didn't come with any lube, but that was easily remedied with a quick trip to my local auto parts store for a dollar packet of brake lube. I followed the pad removal procedure (5 x light stops from 40 to 5 mph, then 5 x hard stops from 40 to 5 mph) and that was it. I'm writing this review after riding these brakes for two weeks and I'm very glad I chose this kit. The stops are quick and quiet, the brakes don't fade even in rainy weather, and there's a lot less brake dust on my rims. Overall very satisfied and would recommend to anyone looking for new brakes. For less than going to the dealer for OEM brakes with machined rotors, I can get what I consider better brakes. Mac
