The device sometimes stays locked until we hit it with the handle of a screwdriver, then it breaks off. We contacted support and received an apology. We have used this unit for on/off switching in an automotive electronics shop and have never run more than 100 amps through this unit. It's basically a cheap thing and I suggest you don't buy it unless you want to install something that will break on day two and where the support team won't let you walk.
