I really wanted to enjoy it - 600 nits and a touchscreen were my main factors in choosing this monitor. The monitor's manual says 350 nits. It was disappointing. I was wondering if they sent me the wrong monitor. Then the touchscreen only works if your device is connected directly to this monitor via USB C. I have a few things like a webcam that connects to my device through a powered hub and I want this monitor to connect through a powered hub. When I connect this monitor through a hub (Anker, Satechi) to my device via USB-C connections between monitor and hub, the monitor does not receive any signal. When I connect this monitor to my device via a hub (Anker, Satechi) via HDMI connection between monitor and hub, the monitor gets a signal - NO touch screen. functionality is lost. Basically, for any machine with a single USB port that you want to expand with a powered hub, this monitor will not work as a touchscreen. Basically it's just a 4k 350 nit display. I have an MS Surface device with Windows 11. See photos. I hope that this company will introduce a more useful product in the future.
