I previously bought an external DVD drive that came with a USB cable. But with my new MacBook, which only has USB-C, it was priceless. If you must use classic USB connectors, there is an option for that. The cable has a convenient compact storage space under the CD drive for easy storage. especially when travelling. The only thing I didn't like about this drive was the fact that there was an obscene red mark on the front of the case. WHY? It's not needed and makes it absolutely ugly! Looks aside, this is a great option for an external DVD drive. Oh, did I forget to mention that the best feature is regionless DVD playback? GREAT!
