Great tool if looking into creating/managing IT support ticketing system

It's simple, easy to use and well documented. I like the fact that in addition to tickets, I can do things like send emails, upload files, set reminders, etc. You can also integrate with the Zendesk and Freshdesk. I don't like that for some reason, I can't see the whole ticket from the dashboard, which makes it difficult to get a good overview of all issues. It's good to track tickets. It can be used together with Zendesk and Freshdesk to send emails and upload files. It's easy to use. It's cheap. I like the fact that it's an open source application and it's free! There are some minor bugs here and there, but nothing too major. It took me maybe 5 minutes to set all up. The interface is very simple and easy to use. It also comes with many add-ons (such as a ticket search feature) that helps you organize your customer service. This software helped us create our own database of customers, in order to keep track of their needs and responses.
