Description of Brimir

Brimir is an open source ticket manager. Allows to send and receive support emails through a web interface received emails are converted to tickets, which can be assigned to agents.

Great tool if looking into creating/managing IT support ticketing system

It's simple, easy to use and well documented. I like the fact that in addition to tickets, I can do things like send emails, upload files, set reminders, etc. You can also integrate with the Zendesk and Freshdesk. I don't like that for some reason, I can't see the whole ticket from the dashboard, which makes it difficult to get a good overview of all issues. It's good to track tickets. I like that it’s easy for users of different technical skills levels (from computer newbies up) because they have all needed features at their disposal without needing any special training or knowledge about how software works in general; this makes them feel more comfortable with using our product than others where you need some experience before being able use its functions properly -and- It helps us track each issue so we know what needs attention next time there's something not working as…
