The team at Medent are experts in their field! They have created very flexible solutions that we can add to as our needs grow (and they will). It’s nice having such expert resources nearby rather than across town or country when you need them most; also good for morale purposes if it makes people feel valued within your business too 😉 I think there has been some slight delays with new features coming out due no doubt partly because so many other companies now use this same product but its worth sticking by what works best - they all do! As well as being able to see patient info stored remotely from anywhere easily via mobile device access etc., easy updates made available without needing external support teams which saves time both clients AND staff alike!!
