1 year later no leaks - still works great!

Long story short, I had to remodel my stud house in the last 18 months. grrr. I'm a small nurse, NOT a general contractor! In deciding which items to buy over the last year and a half I did a little research, read reviews and also learned the names of brands and why some of them are better than others. So I figured this flange would match my 1st floor dresser. SUPER easy to install! I tightened the screws slightly so the gasket filled the gaps. Again, no experience and I installed it without any problems and after 1 year it does not leak :)
