I really like Swedish sponges for wiping countertops etc.

My originals were white, and while I don't really like those colors, the upside is that they're less likely to be thrown away after being mistaken for paper towels. One side has a very fine or light waffle pattern while the other is smoother. The texture appears to be semi-rubber, but that's just an interpretation. x 8 inches (17.8 x 20.3 cm). The fiber picks up small bits like spilled coffee grounds, pepper or salt stains, etc. fairly well. It dries fairly quickly and wrings out easily.

Pros

Excellent absorbency: our sponge kitchen towels can easily absorb up to 20 times their weight in liquid due to the thicker material. Dishwashing sponges are more versatile than microfiber kitchen towels. Wider use, ideal for wiping ALL surfaces, washing and drying dishes, and vacuuming up oil. Leave the surface streak-free.
