Review on Rust-Oleum 280882 Specialty Tub & Tile Spray Paint, 12 Oz, White by Patrick Lets

I followed the instructions to sand the spot where the paint goes to promote better adhesion. It also helped remove the stained enamel from the chipped washer tub. I sprayed on 3 coats about 30 minutes apart. I then waited 3 days before putting any water in the tub. Time will tell if it will last any length of time but considering my other choice was to replace my 1 year old washing machine this was well worth the cost.This isn't a listed use of this product but if it works this well and was the closest thing I could find, I can only imagine how well it would work on an enamel tub. I can tell where I painted the tub because I was just trying to fix the one spot but I could have solved that by fixing the one spot and then doing a single coat over the rest of the tub.after sanding it of course.In case you are wondering, I chipped the washer by putting a dust mop head in the washer. The mop head had a metal loop but I figured the duster part if the mop was thick enough to protect the washer. In hind site, I should have just hand washed it or bought a new one.
