Just received my bucktool BD4603 and in the box I am missing the belt backstop and the 2 hex bolts. This is what i feared ordering this as it seams to be a common issue. The first thing I noticed although was it looks like I received a refurbished unit instead of the NEW unit I ordered. This is total crap.This is not how you build a reputable brand. The unit seams to operate ok, this is just not what I paid for.*UPDATE*Returned product through Best Buy and got a new unit in less than a week. Been using the new one (which came in great condition will all parts) for a few months now and this thing is a beast! I have 0 complaints and have upped my rating from 1 to 4 starts (4 only because of the hassle from earlier).
