Good monitor but better refresh rate 60Hz not 75Hz

It's a good monitor and the graphics are excellent. However, the description of the monitor is wrong. The maximum refresh rate is 60Hz, not 75Hz as advertised. I just preferred this to the troughs because the spec says it's 75Hz. Also, the user CD that came with the product contains a virus that has infected my computer. The buyer should be aware of this!
