Overall, this guide helped us complete a project we couldn't have done without, BUT! The screws holding the bracket broke at the head on the first try. Maybe it was an accident. I tried the second screw - the same. While my husband was trying to remove the broken screws from the shelf, I contacted the support team who accused me of pushing too hard. Well, those arthritic hands don't have much strength, so I'm guessing their screws are cheap cast iron. This notion was reinforced when we used our own screws to attach the bracket and we had no problems. So! The idea and the bracket and drill worked great...there aren't that many screws. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3. The company contacted me today and offered a full refund which I decline as in the end the product served its purpose and my shelves look great. You only need to replace these screws in the package and I suggest the consumer use their own screws to keep this bracket stable.
