The best thing about LaborIQ is the ability to pull up a variety of reports and customize them to the needs of the company. The interface is not as intuitive as other HR systems, and the system is not as user friendly as other HR systems. The system also does not allow for a lot of flexibility. If you are looking for a system that allows for customization, this is not the system for you. They have a lot of great features, but the system is not as user friendly as other systems. We are able to pull up a variety of reports, and we are able to see a variety of reports that we can customize to our needs.
