I did a lot of research on Amazon, YouTube, websites, hardware stores (like Menards, Lowes etc) and settled on this product design and was VERY happy I did. Not only was this device significantly less expensive than other designs on the market, it is also one of the least visible (more visually appealing) and one of the easiest to install. My deck has the standard 90 degree angles, but there are some 30 degree angles as well. By simply drilling holes in 4x4s at that angle, they were very easy to install and set up. After all, customer support stood behind the product. I bought several wholesale packages. One was missing. They came up with the plan and quickly sent additional components. Prompt and professional. I highly recommend this company and this hardware product.
