Catches hair in our drain.
Given our drain, this works specifically with our design. Because of the bar across the top, it makes it a little hard to get the hair out. Do not bang it to loosen. If you do, the weld holding the bar to the basket can loosen, what happened to us, and so we needed a replacement.
- does its job. thankful there's a replacement when i accidentally threw out the original one
- Hair and debris can still slip through the strainer despite its design
