Incredibly cheap and poor quality.
Save money - the box costs more than this item. While the cup may be very thin stainless steel, the center stem is cheaply painted plastic! You can see it in the picture above. It's definitely not a plug unless your drain hole is very shallow. The rubber stopper at the bottom of the product is hollow. It may be good, but it's also very thin. Better go to a hardware store and choose exactly what you need.
