Used and reversed fork

I've never written a two star review but here it is. First I received the item in an open box, presumably as "Amazon Verified". Second, it was clearly installed in someone's car before. Third, all wires show signs of colliding with something. Fourth, the splicing doesn't look like something an automaker would do (where's the heatshrink?). Finally, the connector in my 2013 RAM doesn't look like anything and doesn't work. Two stars because it might have been Revain's fault. Otherwise I would have to give him one.
