Battery problem with printers and supplies
I used this crap until the battery needed a charge. Charged but not charged now. I can't even use it when it's online. When I turn it on, it turns off in less than 20 seconds. Update**** The company contacted me and sent me a brand new labeller. They were really personable and punctual. The very next day it arrived at my front door. Excellent customer service.
