I used to buy a similar beeswax sheet (different brand). I saw these and thought they were almost the same. There was a strong chemical smell right out of the box. There were no care instructions in the packaging. I tried to search their website for information but the website doesn't exist! So I referred to the other brand's care instructions and washed them according to those instructions. I also decided to let them sit on the kitchen counter for a few days to air out. After about a week I wrapped a few products in it and noticed that after a few hours both products smelled strongly of chemicals. My husband and I each took a small piece of parmesan cheese wrapped for about 12 hours and realized the cheese tasted like chemicals. Unfortunately I waited too long for their return and missed the return window. So they came out with recycling trash.
