These hearing aids do work well, the buttons are easy to understand, instructions for setting them up are clear. These come with a charger and instructions for charger are clear. They have lights on them that change according to the charge. Was able to get these to seat well on my ears even though I have extremely tiny ears. I got help with the set up because I quite frankly could not see how these sat on/in my ears. The tube which sits inside the ear comes in different sizes so having help once again is a good idea. These have a lot of functions and are very similar to some much more expensive aids. If you use different settings for each ear than you may want to mark them. Overall these work well and are nearly as nice as some much more expensive hearing aids. Please remember that hearing aids get lost all the time in hospitals and care centers so you may want to label them.
