Review on 🔍 Reliable Oil Pressure Monitoring with VDO 360-009 Oil Pressure Sender by Derrick Lowell

I recently installed this on a 1600 DP engine in a '71 VW bus. I used an adapter from CB Performance to mount this pressure sensor and the VDO oil temp sensor into a threaded hole that a standard jerk light sensor fits. Both sensors are connected to VDO sensors. So far, this pressure sensor has worked flawlessly. Took the bus for a hike and the oil pressure readings were stable and just what they should be for an air-cooled VW engine. I read that you shouldn't use teflon tape to seal the threads as this sensor needs to be grounded through the fitting so I used teflon paste instead. The transmitter works perfectly, there are no leaks. This sensor was well worth it to help me keep an eye on the engine and I really don't want to use anything other than VDO on my VW.
