It works fine but moving it has to be done by dragging it by the hose and you have to carry it down flights of stairs. It would benefit greatly by having a dolly so that one side would have wheels and a taller handle to be able to tilt it and rolling it down stairs, step by step and not have to bend over and carry it down.

I’m not sure what to say about it as it’s a pretty standard shop vac. It probably does better than most, and it comes with plenty of attachments to get the job done. The extra long power cord really helps out a lot, too. I’d say 4.5/5 as it could have been a little more quiet, but just wear ear protection and you’re good.

Opened the box, assembled the minor parts and put this vacuum to use cleaning out the minivan. It sucked up the dirt and road salt with ease. Kids old applesauce propeller lid, sucked it up. Diesel soaked Speedidri from garage floor, gone. Wet leaves near edge of garage door, gone. Basically this vacuum sucked up everything I wanted it to. It’s awesome and I would buy it this again without hesitation. I can’t wait to use with camper and boat maintenance, keeping the garage and basement floor…

This vacuum rolls very easily across our shop floor and has a nice tall handle on it too maneuver it around. All 3 of us our 6’ 2” and is nice not to have to bend way over just to get ahold of it too move. The accessories bag on the handle is a great addition! Only reason we replaced our old craftsman shop vacuum was because it got ran over by one of our large farm tractors! Probably the best accident that had happened! Great update!

I gave it top rankings for suction because this thing will suck up anything not nailed to the floor. I went to work on my rooftop deck where there is a tall overhanging tree that left a seasons-worth of wet dead leaves in all the nooks and crannies, and because of the labor required to do that by hand, I never got around to it. I saw this in a YouTube video scoring the highest in many categories among other brands. I got it and it’s massive. The suction power is ridiculous. The accessories are huge too. This is more like for heavy-duty commercial work. For shops maybe. Businesses. But ideal for the house if you want the power. I purchased this for my woodworking area to hook up to saws etc. I have a vac master that I love and the hp is only slightly less than this and this has way better suction. It's just super bulky.

What's the old joke - Your best bet is buying a vacuum that really sucks? Well, 6.5 HP is no joke. No suction problems here. Large capacity too. I'm really happy with this thing.

This is hard for me to use as I’m 73. Before I ordered this I bought one in 2007 and used it for everything. I believe it would have outlasted me but my daughter left it outside and someone stole it. So there was no hesitation to order another one.
