So far, I'm really happy with this faucet. I bought it to replace the one in my apartment bathroom, which didn't permit me to even get my hands under the flow. This one is a vast improvement. Faucets in this style, with lots of clearance and maneuverability, are the only kind that make sense—and this model is eminently affordable!My one gripe is that the screen cap screws *on* to the spout, as opposed to *into* it. Easy to install on a normal thick type sink. But If your sink is thin type, you will need extenders to be able to install it as intended. I went to Home Depot and got the extenders needed and it was put in and works really well. I think this may be why it isn't in stock any more because people ordering it couldn't get it to tighten enough as intended. There’s no mistake that it’s a pretty faucet.but the stopper pull is flawed and the sink stopper is made of plastic?! The rim on the tip of the faucet also appears to be plastic. Super disappointed in the quality. I could get by the stopper.but the stopper and the poor quality materials makes it a bummer deal:/ I’d return it but we didn’t realize any of these things until we had already used silicone on it etc.

I accidentally ordered two of these in early 2020 and was unable to return due to Corona Virus & high risk. Can I please return the un used second one? We love the faucet we are using and it looks and works great. We just don’t need two!

This faucet is beautiful and cheap but not worth buying. Less than 1 month of installing it, it started to leak. We've had 2 plumbers come out to fix the leak and both have said it the cheap faucet that has to bed replaced. So be aware, do not buy! I had to give this product 1 star but if I had the option or choice, I would have given this item a thumbs down. 👎It's been a headache dealing with this faucet!😡

I'm really struggling to install the drain to this Faucet. The faucet looks really nice and is working well, but the drain faucet is leaking. The drain assembly is plastic, so not the highest quality. The pop-up drain doesn't work well if installed against the wall because it pulls up on an angle. The instructions call for the use of silicone, and that sounds fine, but it is nearly impossible not to twist the drain upon assembly to ensure the pop-up assembly is where it needs to be. Then the…

Easy installation, functional and great design. The installation was very simple, never installed a faucet but it was easy to complete with the step by step instructions. Comes with everything you need except caulk, which you will need for installation anyways.Love the design and swivel head. Perfect design for what we were looking for, highly recommend!

This product is exactly as described. The faucet may be prone to clogging. It was easy to install and the directions were very easy to understand.

Looks great and love being able to move the spout from side to side. However, installation was slightly tricky. I had to purchase a set of O-rings as there was a leak coming out from the stopper valve as water was sneaking behind the ball of the pivot rod. Other than that, I’m pretty happy.

This was a pain to install. But that could be because it was on a very tiny bathroom vanity and it was difficult to work in the small space. Other than that the look of it was very nice. Modern/good quality.

I read some of the previous reviews and after having the faucet installed into the vanity, I sealed the area around the faucet with waterproof clear caulk to prevent water damage. So far, so good. Looks amazing for half the price I saw elsewhere.

I like the style and I absolutely LOVE that the faucet pivots! I didn't realize it would be able to do that but am delighted it can. Unfortunately, the guy that installed my faucet did NOT install the sink stopper and so I'm disappointed I didn't find someone better to install it. But I love it!

Nice faucet but it took us three days and two neighbors helping us to finally get it installed and working. It was not for a novice at all.

I really liked this faucet but the drain is so flat the water just pools and doesn’t drain. If it was easy to take apart I would return.

this is a beautiful faucet that complimented my bathroom beautiful very well designed and is worth it for the price now i bought the second one happy with this product

Very much enjoy being able to swivel the faucet. The lift rod drain stopper may stick. The handles are nice and aren't too loose or too tight.
