It is a nice channel BUT don't use if you want to use the wire connectors (for use in corners) for the Armacost RGB. The issue is that connect is just a smidgen to wide and thick so it does not tuck up into the channel enough for the diffuser to snap in.Straight runs look great

At $3/foot and add tape light at $2/foot together making only $5/foot that is extremely cheap. Most lighting companies charge $30/foot for the tape light alone without this channel. I bought this aluminum channel to hold and improve the look of red LED ribbon that will act as a flashing warning signal when a room overheats. The build is perfect and will suit our needs wonderfully. Along both sides of the channel are grooves so the channel can snap into the included mounting clips. Great price for nice looking aluminum channel. I ran XKTTSUEERCRR 3014 SMD strips in these channels for under-cabinet and in-pantry lighting. Both of which turned out great. As others have pointed out, the clips this comes with are total crap. Just use some serious double sided 3M tape for mounting and you'll be good to go.

These tracks made our LED light strip installation look really good. We mounted them along the edge of our patio roof and it does make the LED dots blend together more. The individual dots are still visible, especially when they are at the dimmest setting. It is a shame these cost so much or we would use more of them. We didn't use the clips either as they made the aluminum stick out from the wood, so we just drilled 2 holes in each and put the screws right through them. We staggered the covers

These work just as described. The LED strips fit perfectly in there and defuse the light just slightly with the frosted lense (also hides the led strip really good. I painted mine black to match the rest of the trim (on an RV) and used two sided tape (emblem tape) to mount them outside under the awning.

Nice finished look. A little expensive. I used a jig saw with a metal blade and cut them with the diffuser in the channel. I used painters tape where I made the cuts. They went under kitchen cabinets with LED lights. The diffuser does mute the led but you can still see the light as bright spots. I wish the diffuser was more opaque.
