I wasn't sure what to expect from this screwdriver but I knew we needed one with a torque stop. It has become invaluable for the light electronics assembly we do (assembling circuit boards into plastic housings). The torque setting makes sure we don't strip the plastic when driving the screws. This is the perfect kit. This is the second one of these that I have purchased for my workshop and I would strongly suggest it for yours. I use it mainly for tinkering with small parts and this kit is excellent for those small unique projects that you could work on.

Just what I needed to open up a laptop case. This is going to be a handy set for the fine, little screws that your normal bits are too large for. The bits are smaller than the typical ones so a universal handle won't work. They should work with a power drill if needed. Comes with a Bit handle, bit extended, and a pair of forceps. Good deal!

I used this twice in the past two days to apply thermal gel to two different computers of mine. Arctic MX-4 (sold separately) is a game changer fyi, all you need is youtube to assist ( At your own risk). This is a great set with an extensive selection of bits and at a great price. However there is one issue - unfortunately several of the bits have been made with shafts that are slightly too large to fit in the driver, making them unusable.

I have tried a couple of these now and the clutch is just no good. It has zero torque whatsoever between 1-3, a little torque between 3-4, and from 4-8 it locks so the motor stalls before the clutch comes into play. So it really only has two settings, a little torque and all the torque. It also feels a bit like turning a pepper grinder full of sand, so I am not convinced that the batch currently on revain isn't defective, but all the ones I have tried had the same issues. I love the screw driver. The issues I have with it are:1. Could use more variety of bits.2. The bits could be longer. Deep set screws quickly become a problem. a extension bar could help, but longer bit length would be the most flexible solution.3. Some instructions in the box would be helpful.

I wanted to take apart some hard drive cases from some OLD computers I wanted to dispose. I had never seen inside a disk drive. WOW. Takes Smart people to put them together. Bunch of tiny screws and parts. I ordered this little set of tools and it had every size driver I needed. Very sturdy and has the handle that each driver fits in. It was fun.

So this worked great for a couple of months but then suddenly stopped charging. It's definitely one of the best electric screwdrivers out there and I was disappointed it stopped working. I tried contacting Jakemy directly twice but have not received a response.Just be aware that when you buy this you most likely won't get any support if an issue pops up.

This is awesome. I have everything I could ever need to open up almost any electronic device. I'm a tinkerer and if something breaks I'm going to be the one that wants to fix it and so this is perfect for me.

Most Jakemy products are great but this one was so flawed I had to return it.-The case has a huge hole in the lid to allow the screwdriver handle to fit! The handle sticks out of the hole, so the case isn't flat on top, meaning you can't really stack things on top of it. It also means that if the screwdriver isn't in the case and you close it, things can still fall out of the hole!-There's no dedicated spot for the tweezers, they just kind of lay there loosely.
