Abivin vRoute - Very helpful tool during pandemic

The best thing about this app was its ability for me as an owner of my business vehicle fleet management system (Abiva)to be able connect with other users who were not using it directly but needed help solving their problems! I have been working remotely from home now almost two months due mainly because COVID19 has changed our lives forever. This application helped us communicate via video calls which saved so much time compared to sending emails back & forth!! We also used Zoom meetings…

  • Very user friendly!!! Able easily navigate through various options in order find what is necessary quickly without needing too many steps or clicks before getting there..etc..and that goes along way especially during these tough economic financial hardships where most people are just struggling financially like myself ! So being flexible helps tremendously

Great software - Easy set-up & intuitive

The ease of use makes it easy for new users to get started with this product. Very user friendly! I love how simple it was for my team members who are not tech savvy to learn quickly when we implemented the system. It has been great so far but there really isn't anything i dislike about it yet. We have had no issues since implementation and our customers seem very happy as well. They like that they can track their shipments easily and see where their trucks are at any given time.   • Customer accounts section is nice because you dont necessarily feel overwhelmed in tryingto figure everything all together if your organization gets bigger
